We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative for a part time seasonal position. This position would approximately run through August 2024, end date is TBD. This position would entail emailing, live chatting and answering phone calls for customers. No cold calling!

General Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails and live chats in a timely manner.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
